• The 'Barn' at Forda is a luxury cottage, converted from traditional Cornish stone and slate farm buildings of the old Forda Farm, providing a holiday home full of character and furnished & equipped to the highest standards.

• The Barn, situated fifty metres from the lodges, has its own private garden, patio with picnic table and ample private parking but guests can still enjoy the wider facilities and grounds of Forda

• The lounge is spacious, with a very comfortable suite, widescreen TV/Video & DVD player and CD/cassette player/radio, and the cottage throughout is furnished with high quality solid wood furniture.

• The dining room and kitchen enjoys an attractive beamed 'cathedral' ceiling and is furnished with a six-foot country table and ample seating. Fully equipped designer kitchen, including rangemaster cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & microwave.

• Upstairs – two bedrooms (one double & one twin) and small bathroom. Downstairs two further bedrooms, a twin with French-windows to the garden and a fourth with bunkbeds, plus family bathroom with bath & separate shower.

• Separate utility room with washer/dryer, iron and board and the boiler providing oil-fired under-floor heating and hot water
