The dates and prices shown are the cost of the week commencing and are the cost per week per accommodation unit. Prices are for up to 4 persons sharing (‘A’ Frame lodges & “Beech”); 2 persons sharing (“Ash”); 6 persons sharing (“Barn” & “Stables”) – with reduced prices for lower occupancy in some low season weeks (up to 2 persons in a lodge or up to 4 persons in a cottage). For details and prices of breaks of less than a week please go to the bottom of this page.

For higher occupancy (up to 5 persons in an ‘A’ frame lodge; up to 3 in ‘Ash’ or up to 8 in the Barn), the cost for each additional person is £50 per week (no charge for infants in cots); The cost for pets is £20 per week.

For weekly rentals, Forda Barn, Beech & Ash are Saturday starts and the ‘A’ frame lodges are Saturday and Friday starts. Forda Stables is a Friday start.

Prices are all inclusive of VAT, electricity, heating, linen (beds made up for arrival), towels, cots, high chairs, fishing in our own lakes and the use of amenities. (not included: cot bedding, table linen & beach/pool towels).

For holidays of more than one week, there is a reduction of £20 for weeks following the first week.

Christmas & New Year – prices also include decorations (by request) and “welcome tray” includes “bubbly”, mince pies & Radio Times.

Short Breaks

Short breaks of less than a week are available out of high season and excluding school holidays. Last minute short breaks may also be available at short notice (4 weeks from travel date) if we have remaining availability or late cancellations in high season. The best value breaks are fixed days 3 night weekend breaks or 4 night midweek breaks but we also offer flexible breaks.

Short Breaks, Spa Breaks & Fishing Breaks

Best Value Fixed Day Short Breaks – 3 night weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) or 4 nights midweek (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).

(Plus pets are welcomed for half the normal weekly cost and therefore £10)

Flexible Short Breaks

Other flexible short breaks for all of the accommodation types, when available, are based on a percentage of the weekly tariff (to the nearest Pound):-
2 nights – 50%; 3 nights- 65%; 4 nights- 75%; 5 nights- 85%; 6 nights- 90%
