Sorry we are fully booked now until the end of September - any cancellations will be posted here.

Weekly bookings and short breaks are available between October 1st and 22nd and between October 29th and November 19th. Spa breaks, fishing breaks and short breaks are available from 3 nights.

Short Breaks                                                                                Short breaks of less than a week are available out of high season and excluding school holidays. In the spring they are available in most weeks of February, March, April and a few in May and in the autumn in October and November.  Prices are based on a percentage of the weekly tariff (to the nearest pound):  2 nights, 45%. 3 nights, 60%. 4 nights, 75%. 5 nights, 85%. 6 nights, 90%. 

 Christmas & New Year

We have some availability remaining for both lodges and cottages - breaks available from 4 nights.

Inflation has not gone away and it is now confirmed that VAT will increase to 20% for 2011! Book now to secure your 2011 holiday at 2010 prices. At the moment 2010 prices are available for all weeks up until July 22nd 2011 - for other dates please enquire.

(Please be aware that some units for some weeks will not be released until 12 months before the date - for example before this July/August we are only able to pre-book A-Frame lodges for certain 2-week bookings. One week bookings will be released 12 months before the date.)
