Forda’s Spa Treatments are offered on site, in comfort, privacy and safety, without the need to find an unknown Beauty Salon and travel to it. The treatment room is situated in the pool building, handy for the indoor swimming pool, spa hot tub and sauna and close to your holiday lodge or holiday cottage. The treatments are offered at affordable local Cornish prices and not silly hotel or health farm prices, bringing you quality treatments at sensible prices.

Swedish Relaxation Massage
A medium pressure, invigorating and relaxing massage, affecting the nerves, muscles, glands and circulation, while promoting health and well-being. An excellent remedy for stress, tension, aches and pains.

Aromatherapy
Massage Essential oils are specially blended, personalised to the needs of each individual. Combining traditional Swedish massage and pressure point massage, the oils are absorbed into the skin and then transported to the blood and lymphatic system. A holistic treatment tailored to your needs.

Indian Head Massage
A very relaxing and stress relieving treatment; it can also be a reviving treatment, particularly for hair growth by stimulating the hair follicles and encouraging circulation, feeding the capillaries with oxygen. When oxygen is fed into the blood it nourishes the muscles and relaxes them – calming the nervous system, which de-stresses the shoulders, relaxing the neck, soothing the mind and calming the face and detoxifies the whole system. A seated treatment and no clothing is removed unless the use of oils is requested.

Indian Head and Back Massage
A combination of an Indian Head Massage followed by a relaxing back massage with oriental oils.

Top and Toe
A very special treatment. Whilst receiving an Indian head treatment, your feet are submerged in a warm foot spa, where essential oils are added. After the head massage, the feet are then dried and acupressure and massage like techniques are applied, giving you the feeling of 'walking on air'.

Hand and Feet Treat The hands and feet are slowly and rhythmically massaged with a nourishing hand lotion and an organic soothing leg and foot balm to ease aching joints, leaving the mind and body whole with chakra balancing. This is a clothed massage. 60 mins. £34
Oriental Treat
A wonderful combination of an Indian head massage followed by a relaxing massage of the back, shoulders and legs with oriental oils. 75 mins. £43
Hot Stone Therapy
A uniquely relaxing treatment, combining massage with the use of heated volcanic stones. The heat penetrates deeply into the muscles, stimulating blood flow and relaxing the mind, body and soul.

Pregnancy Pamper Pregnancy massage can be of enormous benefit not only to the mother, but also to the unborn baby. The massage techniques used in this treatment are smooth and gentle to aid relaxation, alleviate backache, any anxieties and insomnia. It aids peristalsis and encourages the release of oxytocin - a pain reducing hormone providing vital relief during labour and birth. 100% organic products are used and are totally safe for you and the baby.
