Once availability is confirmed, we are happy to reserve your accommodation by telephone or email for up to 5 days, pending receipt of your completed booking form and initial payment. We will either send you a Booking Form by post or it can be downloaded and printed (click below).

It is important that you read the Booking Conditions when completing the Form. The Conditions are included in the printed Form sent by post or if you are downloading the booking form, click the link to the booking conditions.

We request a 25% deposit with booking and the balance is payable six weeks before arrival.

VAT is included at the rate of 17.5%. Any change in the rate will be adjusted at the time of your holiday. Prices also include electricity, heating, TV, video, linen, towels, cots, high chairs, fishing in our own lakes and the use of all amenities. Laundry facilities and the sauna are available for a small charge.
Not included: Cot bedding, table linen and beach or pool towels.

Holiday Insurance and Cancellations

Insurance is strongly recommended to guests against unavoidable cancellation of their booking through accident, illness or other unforeseen circumstances. To avoid misunderstandings with our guests, we would remind you that a reservation constitutes a legal contract. In the event of a cancellation, both parties should endeavour to re-let the accommodation. Should neither party succeed, the person making the reservation is legally liable to pay the full amount of the accommodation. In most cases this legal liability can be covered by insurance. If you do not already have insurance, we advise you most strongly to complete the application form and return it to our Insurance Consultants. If you have to cancel your holiday we will endeavour , without prejudice to our right to the full rental, to re-let the accommodation. If we do re-let, the deposit can be transferred in full to a new booking or returned, less a small administration charge. Cancellation insurance information will be forwarded to you with your initial receipt.
